: In this free support group, meet and talk with peers who are navigating through life with a Head and Neck cancer diagnosis. Each month will feature a new speaker who will discuss a different topic. Our support group provides a safe space to connect with others and share similar experiences. Please note: you are registering to join this class in person at the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute.
